1. All Sales of Ammunition Are Generally Final
Because ammunition is a regulated product and involves safety considerations:
- Ammunition and primers are generally non-returnable and non-refundable
- We cannot accept returns on opened or unopened ammunition except where legally required
- We do not resell returned ammunition due to safety and quality control concerns

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- visibly damaged items
- the wrong product
- an incomplete order

- store credit
We cannot accept returns of used products under any circumstances.

Orders refused at delivery may be subject to restocking fees where legally allowed.
5. Returns of Non-Ammunition Items

- items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use or damage.

8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
