Delivery charges for orders from our online shop are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total order value. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. Rest assured, all orders are carefully analyzed and inspected before being shipped to ensure your satisfaction.

All credit card payment methods are charged at time at purchase. Ammo Store USA will ship your item within 1-2 business days unless the item is out of stock. All firearm purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment and a valid FFL and SOT (if required). To help speed up shipping times, please have the receiving dealer send a copy of their FFL license or SOT to support@ammostoreusa.com. All NFA items (suppressors & SBRs) require ATF approval for dealer-to-dealer transfers which can take between 7-10 business days. Once the ATF approval is received, the suppressor or SBR will be shipped and the tracking information will be emailed. We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during the weekend, we may not get your order shipped until the next business day. Please be assured that we will ship your items as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email us at support@ammostoreusa.com. Please note that all lead times are estimates. Also note that some items are high demand, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind, so Ammo Store USA reserves the right to cancel your order should an item not be available to ship. In addition, items may take longer to ship under certain high volume circumstances such as a promotion or sales event. Under this scenario, Ammo Store USA typically will ship the product within 3 business days. We do not guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact as we use third party shipping carriers. All damaged goods are reported to the applicable carrier. We do insure the contents against loss and damage. All merchandise and handguns will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, Fed-Ex 2nd Day or UPS 2nd Day depending on your selection at checkout. All long guns, SBRs and larger AR pistols will be shipped Fed-Ex Ground or UPS Ground based on your selection at checkout. Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, Ammo Store USA will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 15 days of receipt. We cannot replace products that have been used. If the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Special Order Items may not be returned
